They give you wrong information and they submit orders that you didn't request. They bill you deductibles on items you didn't order, there's no person that can help with the situation, communication is a problem. Terrible experience with customer service.

Sent wrong size nasal mask

I just got my order for Cpap supplies for the second time,I tried to change my nasal mask size from extra large to large and for the second time they sent small, I ask to speak to a supervisor but they wouldnt transfer me to one,so they said that they would send the correct size and a email to send the small size back that I could take to the ups store when I ask who was going to pay me to take my time to go to a ups store no reply,Iam looking for somewhere else to get supplies

Apria Air keeps pointing the finger at each other from CA to AZ. Two weeks and not resolved.
C-Pap is broke and is under warranty. Apria Air is not cooperating.
I have severe sleep apnea and am exhausted. Please help!

Verified ReviewerOxygen I have had 2 oxygen concentrators from Apria. The first one quit working & they replaced it with a much older machine, it quit working too
I tried multiple times to reach customer support and kept getting recorded messages. I left a callback message and have yet to receive a call.
Preferred solution: Another concentrator that will work longer than 90 days

Picked up equipment quickly in orderly fashion. Everyone was polite , know nothing else to say, but in the future won't let hospital give me anything to take home, it will cost you
Getting the run around
- - Ordered CPAP supplies; told most items eligible but only needed items were ordered, and information had to come from my primary, causing delays.
Poor communication. Unable to remedy the situation.
Ordered supplies for only the second time since getting a cpap. Was told I was eligible for almost everything but just ordered what I needed (needed asap).
Was told my order was being processed and should receive it in 10 days. Get a text that you need more info from my Dr so had my sleep Dr call only to be told the info had to come from my primary. Called April to check the status was and was told you had reached out to my primary and was waiting on him. Called my primary to facilitate the request only to be told they had not received a request.
Called April to relay that info only to be told that I couldnt get supplies until I was reevaluated by my Dr. All that wasted time when someone dropped the ball on your end and caused it. Now I have to go even longer to get my much needed supplies. You know how long it takes to get a Drs appt???
Not a happy customer and would like to file this complaint! Thank you.
Horrible Experience.
- - Replacements were incorrect and wouldn't connect to my machine.
- - Service was unhelpful with delays, miscommunications, and return-label issues.
I ordered replacement supplied. I was sent supplies that will not connect to my machine.
I called and asked to exchange...the guy that was on the phone treated my like I was a complete idiot. Said things like "you just don't know how to connect it", and "they are all the same and will work"...finally I was able to get him to send another set. AGAIN, the incorrect pieces were sent. So I called AGAIN.
This time I worked with someone much better. We placed a correct order, finally. But it didn't arrive, so i called...AGAIN - this time I was told they decided to hold the order until the other equipment was returned. Would have been nice to know this...so finally they sent a label and I was able to return the items.
Fast forward another 10 days, and I still don't have my items. So I'm on the phone AGAIN...and they are all confused and aren't finding any notes on this...and trying to charge me again...for something I never received to begin with.

Disappointed that when my Dr. first ordered oxygen and the company called me to make arrangements, I asked to be put on the waiting list for a portable concentrator.
I wasn't put on the list. My Dr. called the company again, and I am now on the list. The rep is now telling me that I need a special prescription, which the Dr.
has now given.
The waiting list is at least for 3 months. Why didn't the rep tell me this when your company first received my request?
Preferred solution: Consideration of my place on the waiting list for a portable concentrator.

- - Apria has billed Fidelis for 6 months; I no longer have Fidelis.
- - CPAP prescribed 7 months ago by UHS Sleep Center; Fidelis-approved with a $30 fee.
Ive been for the last 6 months communicating with my local office. My zip code is 13849.
For 6 months my local Apria office has been billing Fidelis but I don't have fidelis any longer. Ive spoken to several people at the branch several times to resolve the issue. I received a call today from my local office stating that I was approved for a CPAP. They also said I had a $30.00 one time payment, I asked who did they get approval from.
She stated Fidelis. Once again I had to explain that I am a World Trade Center First Responder and they should be billing that insurance. By the way I've told this to my local office about 7 times. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they told mr they don't have one.
All I want is for them to give me a CPAP that I was prescribed 7 months ago by UHS Sleep center in Binghamton, New York. What do I have to do to get help in resolving this issue.
I cannot sleep and my condition has deteriorated exponentially. PLEASE HELP
